Art Instructions:

Supplies:
• Construction paper for background and pieces to cut animals
• Glue
• Glitter glue, or glue and glitter

Instructions:

• Ahead of time, cut out a variety of fish shapes, or other animal shapes. Or, if you feel the kindergarteners can cut the shapes, have the images drawn onto construction paper, ready for them to cut.

• Have children glue several animals on their background paper. then use glitter glue, or glue then sprinkle glitter, to create a picture.

Supplies:
• Construction paper for background and pieces to cut animals
• Crayons

Instructions:

• Have children follow along with you to create a tiger, or whichever animal you choose. Children will learn proportions and how to create various shapes and animals.
• Have them color the background any way they choose.

Supplies:
• Construction paper
• Markers
• Poster paint
• Sponges

Instructions:
• Cut the lion’s head as a circle. Decide if you or children will cut this shape.
• Glue onto background paper.
• Cut white ovals for the whites of the lion’s eyes. Have them ready for children.
• Glue onto head.
• Draw facial features.
• Sponge on the lion’s mane.
